So do you want to be the next big thing that just hit music? Do you have what it takes? I’m positive you do as long as you have the right materials anyone can. It’s just a matter of putting the effort into it and making some crazy dubstep beats happen.
Things to consider is to listen to a lot of music even if it isn’t what you want to make (which I assume is dubstep). Listening to “Hey Joe” by Jimi Hendrix might trigger something in your brain to a fantastic beat and you might have a hit on your hands. Just being an experienced listener can really benefit you in a career of becoming a Dubstep Artist. Are you experienced?
You don’t need to be a genius to make some beats on the computer. It’s really just experience and the more experience you have, the better you will do. Don’t be scared to try new things either because some of this you might not have had a clue about, it should be a very enjoyable feeling! I love new things

Have fun! This is a necessity. If you aren’t having fun then it isn’t worth your time. You have to have fun and be enjoying yourself to make a living as someone who mixes beats.
Seek out and experiment on new things! This can be applied not only to music but many other things in your life!
Ok so you’re probably here because you want to know all about Dubstep Software right?
Well I guess it isn’t neccessarly a program. Dubstep is a genre and then there is the software it is written on. Be careful though some of these programs can really burn a hole in your pocket unless you seek out to some affordable well made programs that really do live up to there standards.
To make dubstep you need a program that you can manipulate on making these sounds. The sounds arn’t to hard to make but you can make them very complex if you want to and thats the joy of a computer program. Pretty much the more time you put into it, the more you will get out of it, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make good sounds from less work because that is false.
Another thing you might want to consider other than your software is some equipment. These can include midi keyboards, audio interfaces to hook up guitars or microphones, and there are many more. There are so many interesting hook ups you can buy now it can be pretty overwhelming but it does help you out on making some pretty awesome beats and to get you started on some of your very own dubstep mixes.
